Meet the Voices of YS100M?

Season 1 Bob's story of building up to finishing a 100 mile race along with co-host Sass.

Season 2 YS100M? continues on from the orignal run with special recurring guest host KJ. We talk about what's going on in our running, the Ultra community, and museums.

Bob Henne

Host & Creator

AKA: Bucket Hat Bob. Started with a couch-to-5K and just kept running further and further until he finished a 100 miler. This podcast documents that journey — the training, the suffering, and every questionable decision along the way.

Sass

Season 1 Co-Host

Sass was our Co-Host for season 1. She is a runner who keeps to 5Ks because that's all she needs to keep her head clear and have fun. She has not been called to the pain cave of endurance distances. Sass is smart.

KJ

Season 2 Recurring Guest

KJ was first a guest on the show in an episode where Bob dove into DNFs. After that, KJ demanded to return to defend his dignity and then he kept coming back but refuses to accept the co-host title. Unlike Bob, KJ is actually good at this sport. KJ is the inspiration for Bob to buy his first bucket hat.

Special Thanks

Ten Junk Miles

YS100M? does not exist without Ten Junk Miles. Sugar Badger was my first 50 mile, Badger was my first 100 finish and the TJM community has become a huge part of my life. Go listen to the podcast, run thier races, and join the community.

Semi-Rad

Brendan Leonard (Semi-Rad) gets why we do this dumb sport, and his writing makes me laugh. There's lot of interesting books about writing, but no one writes about my brand of running like Semi-Rad.

Causes YS100M? Supports
